Rest In Peace, Paul Walker
Over the weekend Paul Walker, the much loved star of the action packed Fast and Furious franchise, passed away in a car crash.
Though he is well known as an actor, he also was a humanitarian and had a charity called ROWW that helped victims of natural disasters all over the world.
Since his untimely death on Saturday afternoon, friends, family and fans of him have been left devastated and heartbroken and have taken to the internet to express their sadness, describing him as loving, caring and full of life.
Here at Lxvechild we would like to offer our sincerest condolences to Paul's friends and family, as like many others, we were huge fans of his work both on and off the big screen.
RIP Paul Walker, you'll be missed.

Queens Of The 90's
These ladies are legendary, no last names needed.
The Holy Supermodel Trinity that ruled catwalks and covers throughout the nineties has a permanent place in our hearts here at Lxvechild. Nobody has ever done it better than Christy Turlington, Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista and we doubt they ever will.

Thoughts: 5 Fantasy Exit Strategies
1. Run away to Brooklyn. Rent an apartment with a
claw footed bathtub. Commute to Manhattan during the week and put in
hours at a menial publishing job. Drive home to New Jersey on weekends
to swim in the pool and cry to your mother. Smoke Gauloises on the fire
escape. Let yellowing issues of Rolling Stone and Vogue pile into a
protective fortress around your bed. Listen to Cat Power. Fall asleep
mostly naked beneath the duvet watching Sportscenter and drinking earl
grey. Date a Yankees fan and kiss his hands on the 4 Train into the
Bronx.
2. Run away to Barcelona. Eat milk chocolate magnum bars and drink cheap champagne. Burst into charming fits of laughter whenever you get embarrassed about butchering the Catalan language. Wear denim cutoffs, Dr. Pepper chapstick, and very little else. Go dancing at 3 a.m. Whiten your teeth. Tan your shoulders. Braid feathers into your hair. Perpetually wake up with sand caught in the thin cotton sheets of your tiny bed. Listen to the Rolling Stones and kiss all the longhaired boys you can get your hands on without ever having to apologize.
3. Run away to Los Angeles. Sublet a studio in Venice three blocks from the beach. Listen to top 40 radio. Go to Chateau Marmont and charge drinks you can’t afford to a long-dormant credit card. Sleep with a television actor who lives in the valley. Sleep with a musician who lives in Bel Air. Break things off with both of them when gas prices begin to rise. Find Gilda Radner’s star on the Walk Of Fame and swallow a sob when you see the filthy cement around her name is cracked. Walk through the Venice Canals until the sun sets and you forget your own name. Call your mother crying from the parking lot of a 24-hour Ralph’s supermarket. Tell her you want to come home.
4. Run away to Paris. Gaze at the pink and pistachio glow of macarons in the window on Boulevard Saint-Germain. Listen to Joni Mitchell. Meet an Argentinean man in the Latin Quarter for drinks. Melt into his accent and kiss him goodnight, but return to your apartment alone because his face doesn’t look enough like the man’s you are trying to forget. Get lost in the Richelieu Wing of the Louvre, admiring Napoleon’s fine red damask. Walk alone along the Seine in an old dress, ten-dollar shoes, and an Hermes scarf. Fumble with the locks on the fence overlooking the river. They all have lovers’ names etched into them and the girl who left the red heart-shaped lock has the same name as you.
5. Run away to Martha’s Vineyard. Write heartbroken stories during the day in front of a large fan that blows curls of humid hair across your tired face. Take a waitress job at The Black Dog at night and try hard not to drop too many trays. Learn to ride a moped. Pretend you’re a Kennedy. Listen to Carly Simon. Eat hand-churned ice cream out of waffle cones. Visit the flying horses and consider how many girls just like you have sat on the same horse clutching for the same brass ring. Get stoned and dance barefoot down the length of the eroded Jaws beach. Date a Red Sox fan. Yell at each other during baseball games, and then kiss and make up between tangled sheets.

Earlier this year, famed photographer Terry Richardson shot Rihanna in his studio for the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.
The 25 year old singer, who will be the face of MAC Viva Glam for 2014, posed provocatively for the camera, while rocking one of our favourite pairs of false eyelashes; Ardell Double Up 202.
Ardell Double Up 202 Lashes are available here.

Top Ten: Instagram Beauty Queens
Here at Lxvechild we find constant inspiration from all over the web, and at the moment our main source of inspiration tends to come from non other than our Instagram feed.
Check out our top ten girls that are killin' the makeup game and sharing it with us in real time via their iPhones:
Nicole Faulkner is a bodypainter from LA who is likely to be one of the most talented makeup artists I've ever seen. Her looks are ballsy and flawless simultanteously which is a hard feat to achieve. She has the ability to do super creative and colour looks but also more natural looks like she did when she was one of the makeup artists for basketball player Matt Barnes and Gloria Govans wedding this past summer.
Rachelle is a MAC makeup artist and also a talented hairdresser. She's my favourite for making bright colours wearable for everyday and is also the queen of the eyeliner game.
LA and OC based MAC makeup artist Jana is the newest to me of all the girls on the list, but became an instantly became one of my favourites. She's highly skilled and unafraid to rock any shade of lipstick, including black, blue, lilac and dark purple and wondering what she'll do next is one of the many reasons we stay glued to her Instagram page.
Uber-talented Karen's client list contains two wives of basketball stars from our favourite basketball team; The Los Angeles Clippers, which makes us love her even more. Aside from that, her talent really speaks for it self. Karen has the ability to pull of a multitude of looks, not just on her self, but on her clients too.
Lora was the first makeup artist I ever came across on Instagram. Her creative application and flawless blending made me an instant fan, and it turns out I wasnt the only one struck by her skill. Rihanna came across her profile and left her a comment, asking her to be her makeup artist for Halloween and Lora accepted (remember that green weed-inspired costume Rihanna wore, with that dope dark purple lip? That face was all Lora!) . Fast-forward to Rihanna's Diamonds World Tour, and who is doing Rihanna's makeup night after night? Yup, the incredible Miss Lora.
Lady Danger knows how to doe both colours and neutrals with ease, making any colour combination pop while remaining perfectly blended.
Hailing from Miami, Florida, makeupby_ea is the youngest of the bunch. Her makeup is perfect, her brows flawless and her hair is to die for.
The only Londoner on our list, Raya is a talented MUA who is also part of a company called 3PM.
The ultra colourful Carol resides in, and I quote, "Selfieville, USA". The funny makeup artist is inspiring when it comes to using colour both on her face and in her hair.
Los Angeles MUA Jamie is not only talented when it comes to beautifying faces, but her facecharts are absolutely killer. Check it her pictures to see what I mean.
